BELVERIS.net is an online business-to-business lingerie wholesale platform, offering Meveso brand products, hereinafter referred to as the Website.
BELVERIS.net is designed and reserved only for business buyers, therefore only companies may create accounts and purchase the products presented on the Website.
An order placed by the customer via this Website represent an offer to BELVERIS.net to purchase products which is accepted at the moment of dispatch of these products to the address indicated by the customer, and confirmed by an email sent to the customer.
BELVERIS.net reserves that despite its best efforts, the availibility/quantities of products indicated on the Website may differ from actual availability/quantities of products in stock. In such cases customers will be informed about any changes in quantities of ordered products, and any surplus payment will be refunded to customers bank account, or if agreed by the customer, the products that were unavailable will be sent in a different shipment.
BELVERIS.net reserves that despite its best efforts, some products on the Website may be mis-priced . If an order contains mis-priced products BELVERIS.net reserves the right, at its discretion, to either contact the customer for instructions before the dispatch of the shipment or cancel the order and inform the customer about the cancellation.
BELVERIS.net reserves the right to terminate an account, refuse access to the website, edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion.
BELVERIS.net reserves the right to use the contact details provided by the customers to send information concerning BELVERIS brand products, offer and updates.
The customers are obliged to ensure that the details provided in their account are correct and complete which is necessary to issue a correct invoice, and that the confidentality of their account and password is maintained to protect from unauthorised access to their accounts.
BELVERIS.net does not store any credit card details and provides security guaranteed by the PayPal system.
Shipping cost is included into the total amount of each order and the charges depend on the destination indicated by the customer (see Shipment Costs).
BELVERIS.net provides deliveries to numerous countries worldwide with various local taxes, import duties and regulations. It is therefore customers responsibility, as an importer, to bear all additional charges and comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.
